My trinning of voley

Hello everyone, I have vey good news, I am the coach of my voley team, The Legalizators, if you are a fan of Ska-p you are going to understand it.
How I am the coach I have to do that my classmate improve their abilities. For do it, in class we were practising some exercises of the three basics abilities, now I am going to explain them.
  • The first is the serve, how we are in the level one we only have to serve of the easier form for us.In class, some classmates didn't know serve very well but with some advice from the teacher and from me they are improving it. The first game that we were playing for improve the serve was very easy, it consits in take the ball and thought it to the Wall, it bump and you catch the bal. Easy no? Here you have a picture.
  • The second was the set, for me is very easy because in our primary school the Carlo's teacher taught us to do it very well. Your hands must be like a dock and you have to throw the ball to the air. The teacher ask me for lend my classmate to do it. The exercises that we were practising in class was that we kick the ball and we pass over to another classmate and we must do a circule. And now, an example:
  • The third ability that we have is the bump, for me the best, I like it so muche and for me is very easy. The exercise that we were improving in class is throw the ball to the wall like a serve and kick it in the bump ability and at the end you have to catch it. The example is:

First week
The first day, in the plan says that I had to run 40 minutes, combinating 5 minutes a slow race continiue (scr) and 5 mintes walking. It day I ran 50 minutes and I did 3 km.
The second day, in the plan says that I had to run 45 minutes, combinating 10 minutes of scr and 10 minutes walking. I did 40 minutes because the sunset was so soon.
The third day, in te plan says that I had to ride a bike during 1 hour and 30 minutes, I was dancing for its time.

Second week
The fourth day, in the plan says that I had to do a scr during 40 minutes. I did it.
The fifth day, in the plan says that I had to run very slow during 25 minutes. I combinated it with 10 minutes more walking faster than I ran.
The sixth day, in the plan says that I had to ride a bike or walking in the mountain for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was dancing for 1 hour and after it I was running 20 minutes.

Third week
The seventh day, in the plan says that we have to ran 40 minutes combinating 4 minutes running scr and 1 minutes in spring and 20 more minutes. I ran 50 minutes because the sunset was so soon.
The eighth day, in the plans says that I had to run 35 minutes in the scr. I did it.
The nineth day, in the pal says that we have to ride a bike or walking in a mountain for 2 hours. I did the secon option but more time, with my familiy.

The Scolar CCT

Today, I'm going to talk about the CCT, it is a race that we have to do all the years. It's nice because many of us can see friends that it did many time that we didn't met.
This post is about my plans for CCT (Cross Country Training) and my objectives. My plan is the C. It's the most difficult in my high school for do but deppending of the person, it is easy or difficult. For me is not very difficult but it's no easy.
My objective for this year is don't stop in the race, because for me is a challange. For me the since it is notvery important because, like my teachers says, the most important thing is not win, is do it.

Our Healthy Habits Compai

During some time, we were doing a Healty Habits Compaing for calculated the phisycal form of many people of our village. For calculate this we did a questionnair and we sent to our classmate of the high school, the results are these:
  • How often do you eat healty food?

  • Do you take alcohol? Rememeber that you have to be honest

  • Do you smoke? Remeber that you have to be honest.

  • Are you a sedentary person?
  • If your answers is no, what type of activity do you practice?

The Athletics Day

It day I was calm and relaxed but my friends wasso nervous becouse some frinds was the first time that they do it and they didn't practic in class but they did it so good.

I only haveto do three exercises: endurence, speed and relays.
The first test that I had to do was endurence, I started to run at 10 p.m. and I did the third race with some friends but I ran alone, some fiends started so fast and they couldn't finish the race but I started slowly and I went increasing the speed and I finished running.



The second exercises that I did was speed, I like so much this exercise and it was easy for me because I am fast. I left the third in this exercise.

The third exercise that I did was the relays with three friends, we lwft the last one but it was a very good experience.
Athletics

In this post I'm going to talk about the last trip to Lorca for participate in the Athletics test.
Before we go to Lorca, we have two classes for practic the diferent exercises. We only have to practic five exercises, they are the following:

If you want to do a lunge you have to improve your strengh and your endurence.

  • Squats:
If you want to do a squat you have to improve your strengh and your endurence.

If you want to do an arch standing you have to improve your flexibility.

Orienteering in my high school

What we had to do in the class?
In my high school, there are four boys that are so good in orienteering and they learn to us.
The first class, our teacher explain us how is the orienteering and we practive it. At first it  cost me a little used to it but I knew how to do it, it turned out to be much easier.
In the second class of orienteering, the four boys that I've been talking about, thwy went with us and they helped us.
And the last time that we did orienteering befor the real race, in my high school, my teacher and the four boys did a race with all my classmate of the high school, and I won the race.








Official competition in Lorca

That day was very nervous, it was my first official race. When I left I went first to the first track, I had to find it because it was far away, but when I found it, it was easier for me. When I reach the sixth was also more complicated but also ice without problem. The track that I most cost to find was the ninth as I was wrong and I had to go for another but in the end everything went well. But when in class my teacher told me that I had qualified for the regional I felt super happy and super good with myself.


This experience for my was incredible, I made many friends, I saw many friends of Lorca but the more important thing was that I was able to overcome the fear of losing myself in the forest and many people I did not trust I could do now are very proud of me.

Orienteering

What is orientteering?
This sport modality consists of a race, through a space (normally natural terrain), in which there are placed a know number of posts or beacons, which each runner must find and visit.



What are the elements that we required?
In this sport we only need a map and a compass but in the road we are going to find some objects that its names are beacons. 



How we can orient the map without a compass?
It is so easy, we only have to know where is the north and we have orient the map according where we are. For example, if you are in the beacons numer 6 and if the north is behind us, we have to put the map looking for behind us.
 If you don't have a compass it is easier, you have to locating where are you and have to move the map according where you go. If you are lose you have to move your map and orienting it according with the beacons that you go.
